Shipping Policy
All Feral Club items are made to order, so please allow a short production time before your order ships.
Production time
Orders are printed and prepared within 2–7 business days before dispatch.
Shipping time
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:
- UK: 3–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of world: 7–20 business days
Total time to receive your order = production time + shipping time above.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has dispatched.
Delays
Occasionally production or carrier delays happen beyond our control (customs, weather, carrier backlogs). If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at hello@feralclub.store and we'll look into it.
Customs and import duties
For orders shipped outside the UK, your order may be subject to customs fees or import duties on arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer and not included in the price of your order or shipping cost.
Address errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're unable to redirect packages once they've shipped, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may incur a reshipping fee.
